Section 33 of

Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act , is pleased to amend the Small Claims Court Forms and Procedures Regulations , N.S. Reg. 17/1993, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 93-110, dated February 2, 1993, to waive filing fees for claimants meeting financial eligibility criteria and to make minor updates to improve access to, and the efficiency of, the Small Claims Court, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 3, 2019.
