OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated August 23, 2017, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of lands identified as parcel 2013-104 (a portion of PID #00515874), being more particularly described in
Schedule “A” and shown on the plan marked
Schedule “B”, which schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of the Connector Highway between Exit 5A on Highway 102 and Highway 2, at Wellington and Goffs, County of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
