OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 17, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 65 of
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Judy Heffern of Hantsport, Kings County, as a lay member of the Review Board under the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act made by Order in Council 2019-353 dated December 17, 2019, effective April 21, 2020.
