OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated June 14, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 139 of

Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2011, the Pension Benefits Act , is pleased to amend the Pension Benefits Regulations , N.S. Reg. 200/2015, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2015-133 dated April 21, 2015, to specify that the 2023 Agreement Amending the 2020 Agreement Respecting Multi-Jurisdictional Pension Plans comes into effect in the Province on July 1, 2023, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 29, 2023.
