OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated June 3, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 62A of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance, for the fiscal year 2004-2005, to pay out of the Public Debt Retirement Fund, at such time or times, if any, as the Minister determines is necessary to pay and retire such securities of the Province as mature during the fiscal year 2004-2005, a sum not to exceed CAD $500,000,000.00.
