Order in Council 1061/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992 , Douglas Durham of Ottawa is hereby appointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.
