OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Boxing Authority Act dated June 18, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Paul Douglas Carrigan of Port Caledonia, Cape Breton County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of three (3) years commencing on June 26, 2014; and (
b) confirm that he shall receive remuneration in respect of his appointment at a rate of $ 25.00 per meeting.
