CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Tuberculosis Sanatoria Superannuation Act [Assented to March 27, 1958] Rev. Stat. C.376,

section amended 1(1)

Section of The Tuberculosis Sanatoria Superannuation Act is amended by inserting after the word “case” in the seventh line the following: “except as provided by subsection (2)”.

(2) The said

section is further amended by adding thereto the following subsection: “

(2) In respect of employees who retire or die on or after the first day of April, 1958, the maximum yearly allowance shall be $3,000”. 1958, c.67, s.1.
