OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated July 17, 2018, and pursuant to clauses 7(c), 16(1)(

a) and 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) issuing a deed to convey Crown lands containing 1.01 hectares (2.5 acres) located at Moose Lake, Pictou County, and shown outlined in bold and shaded in grey on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Donald George MacLean and Alexander James Conway, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns; (

b) granting a right of way easement over Crown lands at Moose Lake, Pictou County, and shown in a solid bold line on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, to Donald George MacLean and Alexander James Conway their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns; (

c) accepting from Donald George MacLean and Alexander James Conway, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns, a parcel of land containing approximately 21.89 hectares (54.1 acres) of land at Murchyville, Halifax County, shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “B”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to the condition that Donald George MacLean and Alexander James Conway, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

d) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
