OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 14, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Susan Galbraith, made pursuant to Order in Council 86-687 dated June 17, 1986; and (
b) appoint Susan Galbraith of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire March 31, 2007.
