OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 23, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Susan M. Googoo of Whycocomagh, Inverness County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Waycobah First Nation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-727 dated November 19, 1997; and (

b) appoint Susan M. Evans of Whycocomagh, Inverness County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Waycobah First Nation.
