The Commissioner of Income Tax orders that the Training Tax Credits Regulation, B.C. Reg. 243/2007, is amended
(
a) effective January 1, 2008, as set out in Appendix 1,
(
b) effective January 1, 2011, as set out in Appendix 2,
(
c) effective August 31, 2011, as set out in Appendix 3, and
(
d) as set out in Appendix 4.

Appendix 1
Schedule 1 of the Training Tax Credits Regulation, B.C. Reg. 243/2007, is amended in item 4 by striking out " graduate " in Column 3 and substituting " complete level 2 ".
Schedule 2 is amended by adding the following item as indicated:
