Order in Council 582/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas pursuant to subsection 28(1) of the Building Code Act,1992 , S.O. 1992, c. 23, Jeremy Neven was appointed as a member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1828/2016 dated the 28 th day of November, 2016 for a period commencing from the date of the execution of the Order in Council, and ending on November 27, 2018;

and

whereas , Jeremy Neven notified the Secretary of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission of his intent to resign from the Building Materials Evaluation Commission due to an out of country relocation.

therefore , Order in Council 1828/2016 is hereby revoked
