OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing dated November 26, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 51 of

Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2002, the Fire Safety Act , is pleased to amend the Fire Safety Regulations , N.S. Reg. 48/2003, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2003-83, dated February 28, 2003, to adopt the revisions and errata to the 2015 edition of the National Fire Code and to perform housekeeping amendments, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 14, 2020.
