OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated January 21, 2003, and pursuant to Sections 7B, 7D and 7H of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve the By-laws made by the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated January 10, 2003, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation effective February 6, 2003.
