OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 11, 2003, pursuant to
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 1996, the Flight 111 Special Places Memorial Act, and all other authority in Her vested, is pleased, effective December 19, 2003, to assign to the Minister of Natural Resources responsibility for all affairs and matters relating to the Flight 111 Special Places Memorial Act.
