OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 20, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the issuance of a quit claim deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land located at Lower Caledonia, Guysborough County, containing approximately 19 hectares, more or less, and shown cross hatched on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to George Eddy Company Limited, a body corporate having a registered office at Bathurst, New Brunswick, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
