On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 3 of the Raspberry Industry Development Council Regulation, B.C. Reg. 484/98, is amended

(

a) by repealing subsection (2.1), and

(

b) in subsection (3) by striking out " or (2.1) ".
