Order in Council 1926/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2272/98, dated October 14, 1998, Dr. James I.A. Mason was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. James I.A. Mason has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective July 4, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2272/98, dated October 14, 1998, appointing Dr. James I.A. Mason as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
