Order in Council 1506/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Safer Streets, Stronger Communities Act, 2024

January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Safer Streets, Stronger Communities Act, 2024 , c. 27, which amends the Highway Traffic Act , comes into force:
