OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated June 14, 2001, pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Gail Parker of R.R.#2 Waterville, Kings County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission for a term of office commencing August 2, 2001 and ending June 15, 2004; and (
b) appoint David Sangster of Truro, Colchester County, as a member and Vice Chair of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission for a term of office commencing August 2, 2001 and ending June 15, 2004.
