OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated January 24, 2006, and pursuant to Sections 7B and 7H of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, and to subsection 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to approve the amendment to the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #5 by approving the Non-Union Salary Levels and performance incentives effective April 1, 2006 as contained in Appendix "B" to

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation to be effective on, from and after January 27, 2006.
