Order in Council 977/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Simi Chahal of Richmond Hill , reappointed by O.C. 266/2024 as part-time member, representative of employers of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, has resigned from her appointment effective May 12, 2025;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council numbered O.C. 266/2024 be revoked.
