Section The existing provision is as follows: 8(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force on December 31, 2004. 8(2) The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may proclaim this Act or any provision of this Act to come into force before December 31, 2004. NOTE EXPLICATIVE
