OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 1, 2003, and pursuant to Sections 6 and 7 of

Chapter 14 of the Acts of 1998, the Health Research Foundation Act, and

Section 44A of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of the Health Research Foundation, each for a term of office of three years commencing October 26, 2003, and ending October 25, 2006: Peter McLeod, Ph.D., of Wolfville, Kings County; Patrick J. McGrath, Ph.D., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) reappoint Brian MacDougall of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Health Research Foundation for a term of office of three years commencing October 26, 2003, and ending October 25, 2006; and (

c) appoint Brian MacDougall of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Health Research Foundation for a term of three years commencing October 26, 2003, and ending October 25, 2006.
