Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of Parcels 08-B, 08-F, 08-1, 08-J, 08-L, 09-E, 09-F and 10-G at Lower South River, Antigonish County, being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on a plan marked
Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of twinning Highway 104, Antigonish, Antigonish County.
