Order in Council 1079/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1827/2022, dated December 15, 2022, Darrell Ezra Parker was reappointed as a member of the Town of Ingersoll Police Services Board for a period not to exceed two years effective from December 15, 2022;

And

whereas Darrell Ezra Parker has, in writing, effective April 30, 2023, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1827/2022 dated December 15, 2022, reappointing Darrell Ezra Parker as a member of the Town of Ingersoll Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the later of April 30, 2023 or the date of this Order in Council.
