OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated November 7, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective January 16, 2024, to approve the Minister of Public Works entering into a contribution agreement with Transport Canada concerning funding for the Zero-Emission Trucking Program, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
