Order in Council 421/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Pesticides Act ,

Dr. Susan Sang of Vaughan, Ontario

Be reappointed as a part-time member of the Pesticides Advisory Committee effective May 25, 2018 to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed beyond December 31, 2018.

[ Dr. Sang’s most recent reappointment by Order in Council 202/2015 expires May 24, 2018.]
