Order in Council 1186/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas The Honourable Timothy Lipson of Toronto, was reappointed by O.C. 1587/2024 as a part-time Lawyer member of the Ontario Review Board;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Criminal Code , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1587/2024 be revoked.
