Section 14 of the Petroleum Products Pricing Act and Sections 14 to 18 of the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulations Order I, Jamie Muir, Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations for the Province of Nova Scotia, pursuant to

Section 14 of

Chapter 11 of the Acts of 2005, the Petroleum Products Pricing Act, and Sections 14 to 18 of the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulations, hereby (

a) repeal the Order dated December 20, 2007, which prescribed prices December 21, 2007; and (

b) prescribe prices for petroleum products in the Pr ovince as set forth in the tables in

Doehler, CA, P.Eng., Member Order Applications having been made by the Cape Breton Regional Municipality and Voices of the Electorate pursuant to ss. 368 and 369 of the Municipal Government Act and the Board having issued its decision on October 30, 2007; It is hereby ordered that the number of councillors and the number and boundaries of polling districts are approved as follows: 1. The number of councillors and the number of polling districts for the Cape Breton Regional Municipality is set at 16 for the 2008 municipal election; 2.

The descriptions of all polling districts are set out in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of this Order; And it is further ordered that Cape Breton Regional Municipality conduct a study regarding the fairness and reasonableness of the number of councillors and polling districts and that it file a new application with the Board as to the number and boundaries of polling districts no later than December 31, 2010, which application will be the subject of a further hearing by the Board prior to the 2012 municipal election.
