OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated January 11, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Keith Dexter of Halifax Regional Municipality (Seabright) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation and as the Vice-chair, made by Order in Council 2020-162 dated May 28, 2020, effective January 24, 2023.
