Order in Council 1356/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Santina Moccio was reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective February 18, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 171/2021;

And

whereas Santina Moccio was reappointed as part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of five years, effective May 18, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1785/2021;

And

whereas Santina Moccio was reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective June 17, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 218/2023;

And

whereas Santina Moccio tendered her resignation effective August 17, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 , subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Orders in Council O.C. 171/2021, 1785/2021 and 218/2023 be revoked effective August 17, 2024.
