OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated March 28, 2017, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act , is pleased to, commencing April 27, 2017: (
a) appoint Heidi Walsh Sampson of Mahone Bay, Lunenburg County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term of three years; and (
b) determine the remuneration for Heidi Walsh Sampson for her service as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission to be $200 per one-half day, plus expenses.
