On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective August 1, 2023, the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended in column 3 of items 1A, 2, 7A, 8, 14, 15 and 16 by striking out " Sections 27.10 (4) and 37.38 (2) of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 26/58 " and substituting "
