An Act to amend The Loans (Special Powers) Act [Assented to March 29, 1957] Rev. Stat., c.55,

section amended Clause (

a) of subsection (1) of

section of The Loans (Special Powers) Act is amended by striking out the words “chargeable to capital account” in the fifth and sixth lines. 1957, c.20, s.1.
