OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 9, 2026, and pursuant to

Section 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) selling Infilled Crown Lands containing 743.4 square metres identified on Property Online as PID 41561630 located in Hubbards, Halifax County, shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to 3333036 Nova Scotia Limited, or its approved successors or assigns, for $60,000.00, plus HST as applicable; (

b) issuing a lease for Crown lands containing 755 square metres identified on Property Online as PID 41561655 and located in Hubbards, Halifax County, shown outlined in bold on

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to 3333036 Nova Scotia Limited, for an annual fee of $1,100.00, plus HST as applicable; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of the Order.
