OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated August 28, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on or after September 10, 2024, to approve the Minister of Public Works entering into a Tripartite Agreement with the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure for the Province of New Brunswick and the successful proponent, following a competitive procurement process, in relation to project management services for the Chignecto Isthmus Resiliency Project substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations that do not materially change the agreement.
