OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 18, 2003, pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective August 18, 2003, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2001-616 dated December 21, 2001, which Order assigned responsibility for the Communications Nova Scotia Agency to the Chair of Treasury and Policy Board; (

b) designate the Communications Nova Scotia Agency as an office for the purposes of

Section 4B of the Public Service Act; and (

c) assign responsibility for the Office of Communications Nova Scotia to the Honourable Ernest L. Fage, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Communications Nova Scotia.
