B.C. Reg. 12/2002, deposited January 29, 2002, pursuant to the

MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mines M11/2002, dated January 18, 2002.

I, Richard Neufeld, Minister of Energy and Mines, order that

1 A reserve is established for minerals and placer minerals over the following land in the Kamloops Mining Division, Kamloops Division of Yale Land District:

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water, and more particularly being an area lying within a 1000 metre radius of the following Zone 10 U.T.M. coordinate:

Northing 5597000 metres

Easting 708000 metres

as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.

2 A free miner must not locate or record a mineral or placer claim in the reserve created by

section 1. — R. NEUFELD, Minister of Energy and Mines .

section 6 of the Regulations Act, I hereby exempt from publication the sketch attached to B.C. Reg. 12/2002.
