CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Department of Continuing Education Act, 1972 [Assented to April 27, 1973] 1972, c.28, new

section 9A The Department of Continuing Education Act, 1972 , is amended by inserting after

section the following section: Grants “9A Out of monies appropriated by the Legislature for the purpose and subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council and to such conditions as he may prescribe, the department may, for the purpose of furthering any activities related to any aspect of education that is under the control of the department, make grants to any school system or to any agency, organization, association, institution or other body designated by the minister”. 1973, c.26, s.1.
