OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development and Tourism and the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated June 24, 1999, pursuant to Sections 2, 3, 4 and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Ministers of Economic Development and Tourism and Fisheries and Aquaculture to amend the terms and conditions of a loan assumed by Seafreez Foods Incorporated by Order in Council 90-1311 dated November 6, 1990, originally authorized in favour of Canso Sea Products Limited by Order in Council 86-1471 dated December 18, 1986, on such terms and conditions substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement; and (

b) authorize the Ministers of Economic Development and Tourism and Fisheries and Aquaculture to execute such agreements and other instruments and do such matters and things as may be required to give effect to this Order.
