OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 12, 2024, and pursuant to Sections 4B and 25J of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective December 12, 2024, to: (

a) revoke clause (

b) of Order in Council 2021-55 dated February 23, 2021; (

b) revoke Order in Council 2021-224 dated August 31, 2021; (

c) revoke clause (

f) of Order in Council 2024-246 dated June 17, 2024; and (

d) direct that the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism shall be presided over by the Honourable Becky Druhan, a member of the Executive Council, who shall be the Minister responsible for the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism and who has the supervision, direction and control of all affairs and matters relating to equity and anti-racism initiatives other than the Land Titles Initiative under

Part 1 of the Land Titles Clarification Act .
