On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the amendments set out in the attached

Schedule are made.

Schedule

1 All former orders under

section 10 (3) of the Constitution Act are rescinded insofar as they designate another official who is to be considered to be the official set out in Column 2 of Table 1 to whom a provision set out opposite in Column 1 of Table 1 refers.

2 The enactments set out in Column 1 of Table 1 are amended by striking out the text set out opposite in Column 2 of Table 1 and substituting the text set out opposite in Column 3 of the Table 1 [minister references] .

3 The enactments set out in Column 1 of Table 2 are amended by striking out the text set out opposite in Column 2 of Table 2 and substituting the text set out opposite in Column 3 of Table 2 [ministry references] .

Section 1.01 of the Animal Disease Control Regulation, B.C. Reg. 150/66, is amended by repealing the definition of "minister" .

5 The definition of "minister" in

section 1 of the Education Mediation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 250/2000, is amended by striking out " means the Minister of Education, and " and by striking out " that minister; " and substituting " the minister; ".

Section 1 of the Finfish Aquaculture Waste Control Regulation, B.C. Reg. 256/2002, is amended by repealing the definition of "MAFF" .

Section 40 (1) (

a) of the Water Regulation, B.C. Reg. 204/88, is amended by striking out " of the Ministry of Environment, Lands and Parks ".
