OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 3, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective January 9, 2025, to order that the special operating agency designated by Order in Council 2024-367 dated October 7, 2024, shall be known as the Physician Assessment Centre of Excellence.
