ACT , 2002 [Section 29]. Order in Council 831/2003, approved and ordered August 27, 2003.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 1 (

b) and 21 of the Health Planning Statutes Amendment Act, 2002, S.B.C. 2002, c. 15, are brought into force by this regulation. — S. HAWKINS, Minister of Health Planning; M. COELL, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.
