Statute: Boxing Authority Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Sport and Recreation Commission dated February 13, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint R. H. Dick MacLean of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority and designate him as Chair, for a term of office of three years commencing March 1, 2002, and ending February 28, 2005; and (

b) reappoint Ricky Anderson of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority and designate him Vice-Chair, to act when the Chair is absent, ill or unable to act, for a term of office of three years commencing March 1, 2002 and ending February 28, 2005.
