OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated May 4, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (
a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of an unused public road reserve containing 2,044 square feet, more or less, situated at or near West Bay, in the County of Inverness, and more particularly described in
Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on
Schedule "B" which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; and (
b) transfer Administration and Control of the land to the Department of Natural Resources.
