OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated November 24, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 32 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased, effective February 7, 2023, to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables entering into an amended forest utilization licence agreement with Port Hawkesbury Paper LP on the terms and conditions approved by the Executive Council, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
