Order in Council 1001/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Jeffrey A.L. Kriwetz , Barrister and Solicitor of Etobicoke, Ontario, be appointed as associate judge of the Superior Court of Justice, effective August 13, 2025.
